What is Nogginnose Press?

We’re a big family running a small, Reformed publishing house. We publish books to inspire and equip you to cultivate your patch of the Kingdom. 

We have this habit of always doing things the harder, more adventurous way. So when the oldest child, fresh out of homeschool, decided to publish her first book, instead of hunting down a publisher somewhere, we started up a publishing house ourselves. We run the whole caboodle from a teeny little cottage hidden in the wooded Ozark foothills. 

We believe that our good God dresses adventure in many disguises—a sword, a goose quill, a hymnal, a sketchbook, or a creek full of crawdads. A story that gets your courage flowing may be a fantasy from another world, or a 300-year-old treatise reminding you that you don’t have to look beyond your own dinner table to find a kingdom that needs defending. 

We publish books all over that spectrum. With every Nogginnose book, you’ll find us standing with you to build Christ’s Kingdom, defend it, and do a whole lot of belly-laughing in the process. (Speaking of which—are you curious about our marvelously ridiculous name?)
